At Skara Hästsport, we see sustainability as a natural and integrated part of our business. We work long-term and goal-oriented to create value not only for our customers, but also for people, society and the environment – today and tomorrow.
Our sustainability work is based on four pillars:

We work actively to reduce our climate impact through resource-efficient solutions, circular flows and climate-smart choices throughout our operations – from material selection to transportation. By monitoring and measuring our emissions and energy consumption, we create transparency and drive improvements over time.
2. Social responsibility
We protect good working conditions and a safe working environment – both within our own organization and at our suppliers. We work preventively against discrimination, promote diversity and ensure a safe and inclusive workplace. We also set clear requirements for our partners through codes of conduct and regular follow-ups.
3. Ethics and transparency
We strive to be a responsible company at all levels. Our work is characterized by clear values, an internal ethics policy, and high business ethics. We act openly and honestly towards customers, suppliers, and employees.
4. Customer and quality
We offer high-quality products and services that are produced with care for people and the environment. Through dialogue with our customers, we want to inspire sustainable choices and make it easy to make the right choice.

As part of Almi, we actively work on sustainability development based on ISO 26000 – the international standard for social responsibility. This means that we integrate sustainability issues into our entire operations, from business strategy to everyday decisions. Through the collaboration with Almi, we strengthen our sustainability work and ensure that we grow long-term, responsibly and with a positive impact on society and the environment.

As part of our strategic sustainability work, we collaborate with Almi, focusing on business development in line with the international guidance ISO 26000 – Social Responsibility.
This means that we integrate sustainability principles throughout our operations, from management level to daily processes.
