Fager Fredric is recommended if you would describe your horse as the following:- Heavy in the hand.
- Trying to avoid the bite.
- Becomes fussy in contact.
- Strong, and/or hangs on the bite.
Kimblehook is ridden with a rein. The strength can be increased by moving the rein down which gives more leverage. With the rein in the top part of the ring the leverage disappears and the strength becomes the same as a baucher bit. However, the breaks will never go up or press on the palate.
The middle part breaks off at the side of the tongue and forms comfortably in the mouth. This mouthpiece is well suited for horses that easily get sores or chafing.
