Cooling treatment :
Soak the Circulation Training Bandage in plain water for an immediate cooling effect. The effectiveness of the cooling treatment will remain for 45 minutes to 1 hour to reduce swelling. For a more dramatic cooling effect, warm water can be used - place the training bandage in warm water for 2 minutes, squeeze out the excess water, wait a minute for the bandage to cool slightly and apply.
