Does your horse need a little more space over the chest? The Kentucky Chest Expander ensures that all blankets fit perfectly. The Kentucky Chest Expander is universal and fits blankets with the same type of closure (for example Horseware Amigo blankets).

The Kentucky Chest Expander is perfect for horses with a wide chest or larger horse breeds such as the Quarter Horse.

Fabrics and materials

The exterior of the Vegan Sheepskin Chest Expander is made entirely of our faux sheepskin. This faux sheepskin is the same material used in our Sheepskin Shipping halter. This makes the Kentucky Chest Expander comfortable and breathable. The Kentucky Chest Expander provides extra protection in the chest area.

In addition to the buckle, there is also a Velcro closure that ensures that the Kentucky Chest Expander stays in place.

The Kentucky Chest Expander in vegan sheepskin gives up to 19 cm extra. The Kentucky Chest Expander is available with one or two buckles.

Care instructions

Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend that you wash them as infrequently as possible and use our protective laundry bags to maintain their quality in the long term. We also recommend using professional machines (with larger capacity) to limit damage caused by the drum of a regular washing machine. To dry it, simply place it outside on a sunny day. Tumble dryers are not recommended.
