Uniquely shaped to protect the horse's tongue and palate. The Magic System bit prevents the bit from being angled up in the palate, even though it is articulated. Combines the mobility of an articulated bit with the control that a bar provides. The relationship also goes through more directly because not the entire bit moves in the horse's mouth, but only the part that the reins hold.
