Olympus Absolute back protector from Veredus. The protector has double ventilation that provides perfect conditions for the horse's legs. The shell has ventilation holes at the bottom where cool air is sucked in and additional holes at the top where the warm air is pushed out. The heat from the horse's legs passes through the innermost and middle layers and is distributed in the 3D mesh. The ventilation is therefore both horizontal - from the inside and out - and vertical - from the bottom and up: an innovative technology, which is used for the first time in leg protectors! The shell is made of Bayer Polyurethane with different densities and stiffness. The low density is flexible to promote the horse's natural movement and the high density is resistant to protect against impacts. The shell has a perfect anatomical fit that corresponds to the shape of the horse's legs, without creating uncomfortable pressure or restricting the horse's movements.
