The Beris Butterfly mouthpiece provides the correct anatomical shape in combination with a wider surface against the tongue, giving the sensitive muscle an optimal space with a very gentle influence. Horses show their well-being by relaxing their jaw and sucking on the bit. If a sharper effect of the bit is desired, a side piece with leverage effect, such as a pelham, can be used. It can also have a mild corrective effect if the horse hangs on the bit, then the rider can raise his hand so that the edge of the bit is against the tongue and thus tell the horse to stop hanging, of course this is followed by a concession and normal hand position.

Tandem bit """"US"""" is like a tandem bit, the only difference is the black soft plastic strap that goes over the bridge of the nose.
