Pharmakas® AKS Paste is a specially developed paste with bittering agents that protects the horse from chewing or swallowing inappropriate objects – an effective way to prevent injuries and serious diseases such as colic. The product is particularly useful for counteracting habits such as crutch biting.

The bitter taste is harmless to both horses and humans but very effective against unwanted chewing. AKS Paste has a long-lasting effect, and repeated application increases protection over time.

Use:
Apply to ropes, blankets, girths, bandages, stall walls, doors, mangers and other exposed surfaces. Always test on a hidden area first to ensure material durability. Wear protective gloves when applying.

NOTE: Never apply directly to the horse. Contains capsaicin – avoid accidental contact with the horse (ADMR regulations apply during competition).
