Sprenger's latest bit was developed by Heiko Schmidt-Sentek in collaboration with Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Benjamin Werndl. The Pronamic bits are anatomically curved two-piece bits that have a forward swing gate. These bits encourage horses at an advanced training level to bring themselves and to walk towards the hand/bit while holding themselves high and bent in the neck. All Pronamic bits are made of the high-quality and toxicologically tested material Sensogan. These bits are recommended for horses that have completed the basic training levels in a correct and well-functioning manner. Compared to conventional anatomically curved models, the Pronamic bits relieve the lower legs, which makes them particularly suitable for sensitive horses or for horses with thin/narrow tongues. When it comes to jumping, the Pronamic bits are particularly effective for horses that pull energetically towards the obstacle and have a tendency to tense their necks. Thanks to the special shape of the bit, the rider has a more effective influence without it having to be too strong.
