Bombers Drop cheek Happy Tongue

Bombers Drop Cheek has an eggbitt ring that the rein is attached to and a small upper leg that the side piece of the bridle is attached to. Since the mouthpiece cannot slide on the rings, a small, small pressure is created on the neck. The side pieces lie flat and still against the horse's face and the mouthpiece lies very still in the mouth. The pressure is mostly on the lanes. Used without a cheek chain. Also called a Baucher bit. Happy Tongue is a stable mouthpiece. It is curved with a gate that gives maximum tongue freedom. This is Bombers' most successful design by far - recommended for all young horses and those showing sensitive signs. The 4 available gates have been scaled to each width. This ensures a precise fit over the lanes and eliminates the play that occurs when the gate is too wide. Happy Tongue is also available as a straight mouthpiece which is slightly stronger.
