Bombers Eggbit prevents the horse from being pinched in the lips/mouth corner by the bit rings and gives a more stable feeling to the horse. Eggbit makes the bit stay still in the horse's mouth. Segundo is a three-piece bit, where the middle part is a gate angled at 45 degrees, which reduces tongue pressure while maintaining even pressure on the reins, which encourages the horse not to hang on the bit.
