Bombers Full Cheek has the same effect as egg bits in that it prevents the horse's lips/mouth corners from being pinched. It also has guard bars that keep the bit in place in the horse's mouth, and that they guide the horse's head very clearly, which is an aid during boarding and training. Bombers Moulded Preferred Contact has cylindrical sides and a flat middle part. The cylindrical sides bend over the lower jaw and lanes, and the flat middle part lies flat over the tongue. The middle part is a flat oval circle that is angled at 45 degrees to lie evenly against the tongue and palate. The articulated part on each side of the tongue plate gives the cylindrical sides independent impact and stability in the middle part. The moulded bits are good for horses that don't like metal, or when you have tried everything without success. The moulded bits from Bombers have been uniquely developed to ensure three important properties: structure, durability and comfort. Moulded Preferred Contact has been specifically designed for cases where Bomber's tongue-free methods have not worked, and where some form of tongue pressure is needed.
