Bombers Loose ring Snaffle Lock Up
Bombers Loose Rings provide direct contact with immediate release, where the pressure on the tongue and bridle stops as soon as the rider releases the reins and the bit is in a neutral position in the horse's mouth. The Lock Up mouthpiece prevents the nutcracker effect of standard split bits, which reduces pressure on the bridle. The Lock Up is therefore gentler than a standard split bit, but it still puts pressure on the tongue and bridle when the reins are shortened.
