Trikem Vimital Strong blood

Strong Blood supplies the horse with iron, copper, cobalt, B12 and folic acid, all substances required to increase the production of red blood cells. The red blood cells contain the protein hemoglobin, which is responsible for the body's oxygen transport. Hemoglobin needs iron and copper, among other things, for oxygen to be transported in the body effectively. The higher the amount of red blood cells, the more oxygen the body can absorb from the lungs. Increased oxygen uptake means that the body receives a greater amount of oxygenated blood to the muscles, which increases the muscles' ability to work aerobically, i.e. the lactic acid threshold (lactate threshold) is shifted. Strong Blood, together with exercise, gives the body the right conditions to increase the amount of red blood cells and increase oxygen uptake. Use: Strong Blood is well suited for horses with low hemoglobin values or when the horse suffers from iron deficiency or is given to balance a deficit of iron in the feed. Dosage: 6 ml/100 kg body weight and day or according to the calculated feed. Ex. Horse, 500 kg, 30 ml/day (20g).
