Zandona Carbon Air Sensitive+ Front Protector Pony

The Carbon Air tendon protectors are 100% made in Italy and developed to protect show jumping horses from impacts to the vertebrae and tibia of the forelegs while providing support to the tendon. Lined with natural lambswool for maximum comfort and hypoallergenic properties. Perfect for sensitive skin.

TPU outer shell with different thicknesses and breathability thanks to perforated neoprene and air holes over the vertebra. Between the TPU shell and the neoprene support there is a layer of Gel-Tech in extra exposed areas for shock absorption and comfortable padding.
Under the shell there are also carbon fiber elements that thermally insulate the tendon from the heat caused by external friction while increasing mechanical resistance to impact.
The elastic straps with Quick Release have been developed for secure closure and are equipped with a double locking system. The structure and ergonomic shape of the protector have been developed to mold precisely to the bone structure, ensuring perfect positioning while avoiding excessive pressure.

The protector has a very good fit and maximum freedom of movement. We have chosen to replace the logo with a more discreet black logo on these protectors.

Wool Washing Instructions
Carbon Air Sensitive+ is made from real wool, but without leather. This avoids problems and maintenance. However, regular maintenance is recommended to maintain its quality and continue to protect the horse for a long time. Below are some tips and advice.

Wash the product with a gentle brush, a soft cloth or a soft sponge.
Hand wash in cold water (max 30°C)
Use special detergent for wool and follow the instructions
Let the product dry in a well-ventilated area, NOT in direct sunlight.

Do not wash the product with regular detergent.
Do not wash the product in a washing machine.
Do not use tumble dryer
