Fager Oscar is suitable if you would describe your horse as the following;

• Sensitive to pressure, can turn on and off in the socket.
• Does not take any constant or even support.
• Unbalanced.

Oscar is a titanium bit with a forward lock. It is designed with a 30mm center section that lies flat against the horse's tongue. With the rounded center section that breaks off at the side of the tongue, Oscar molds itself to the mouth, unlike a straight bit.

With this technology, the bit automatically locks forward early to create a bit with limited flexibility. This provides peace of mind to a horse that has difficulty trusting the bit and seeking honest support.

Baby Fulmer is a registered design by Fager. The small guard bars together with the loose rings give you a nice mix of fixed and loose rings. The Fulmer bars should lie next to the horse without slipping when taking the reins, helping to control and keep the mouthpiece stable. The loose rings are placed further out from the corner of the mouth, which means that the pressure from the bit ends up further forward in the mouth. This makes the horse come up to the front and creates a flexible feeling. It is a good choice for most horses, also suitable for young horses during break-in. Baby Fulmer is approved for TR (also dressage) Sweden and FEI (also dressage).

Oscar is also a good choice for younger horses.
