SKD spikes are rounded and polished to provide a smooth edge that helps prevent injury upon contact with the horse, they have a narrow body that allows them to penetrate hard ground. These stainless steel spikes do not rust and are used by many international competition riders in show jumping and eventing.We recommend using SKD spikes on the inside with pointed POINTED spikes of the same length on the outside to avoid trampling injuries.
SKD spikes are available in three sizes 16mm / 20mm / 25 mm.
