Turtle Tactio is designed to lie flat and with a wide contact surface against the horse's tongue. The mouthpiece surrounds the tongue and gives it space without pressing up into the palate. The bit is thin across the lingual area, but since the contact surface is wide, the pressure is distributed over a larger area. A perfect alternative for horses with sensitive tongues and lingual areas. The bit is also suitable for horses with a large tongue, low palate or small mouth. Loose rings provide quick release. The small turtle on the middle part should be facing forward and must not be upside down.
